Urgent renew Domain Mapping

I urgently need to upgrade/renew my domain mapping. There is no button where I can do this. Would you please give me support?

Hey there –
You can go to Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades in order to renew your domain mapping. I would suggest having the auto renew feature enabled – that way you would never have to worry about the possibility of your domain expiring.

You need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user that owns the domain mapping Upgrade – is there another account you might have used to buy the Upgrade?
There is a short “grace” period after the domain mapping expires that it will continue to function so visitors will still go to the correct site

I am logged in as Admin. But there is no Button i can press to extend it.
An it specialist buildt up this WordPress Page for me and he has bought this upgrade for me. Is there another Chance to get Access to this function ? -
Try to contact the specialist to see if they have an account that they used to purchase the upgrade. In the mean time I’ll flag this for staff assistance.
