Looks like that instead of mapping your domain you have initiated a transfer. At this moment this process cannot be stopped and it will be completed in about 7 days. You’ll receive an email upon completion and you’ll be able to manage your domain from your WordPress.com dashboard.

What can we do to make things faster ? -
My registrar said 1: DNS has been changed and 2: domain has been transfered.
I understand you may have to do some background check or and admin work …
But im really in trouble right now since my business is down. Can you please get me live asap.

Hi Romain,
There is nothing we can do at this point. Until the domain transfer completes, it’s not possible to change any setting on your domain.
If the transfer was in error, please contact your current domain provider immediately for help cancelling it. This can only be done from their end, not from ours, as we don’t currently have any control over the domain yet.

if I can cancel the transfer I will need to be refunded. That would be great as I did not do that on purpose and was confused.
