  On 03/11/13 I submitted the application online for the least expensive WordPress Blog Account (Under $10 no extras)
  My Visa Card was declined due to ‘invalid card’, however I received my bank statement today showing a debit of $287.69 !!!!
  I did not receive an email from WordPress confirming registration.

  The details on my bank statement are as follows:

  My original blog name, username and password were not being accepted to login online, so today I have opened another account Free of charge option.

  I would greatly appreciate a very prompt reply regarding this matter of urgency …I can not find any contact details for WordPress!

  Are you sure you are in the correct place for help? Your account is only two hours old – is there another account you might have used to buy anything?

  SISOPROTEST.COM – is registered with Fast Domains and the name servers are pointing to Blue Host, I also can not find any Domain Mapping for that name.

  I have flagged this for staff attention to help.

  Without an earlier account WordPress.com should not have been able to charge you.

  Also if the costs you show are in U.S. dollars it is an odd amount that does not match any Upgrade package I am aware of – but since you are in Croatia there might be some exchange costs I am not aware of

  Were you trying to set up a blog / web site with the domain name of SISOPROTEST.COM?

  We do not have any “under $10 no extras” upgrade.

  I’m not seeing any upgrades on your account. I’m also not seeing any record of any mapping or upgrade regarding SISOPROTEST.COM. Nor does that reference number match anything in our system.

  So, while I am happy to research any info you may be able to provide, I feel as though this is most likely a case of mistaken identity. Could this have been something that BlueHost overcharged you for? Have you talked to their support team?
