Urgent Resolution Needed: Domain Payment Processed but Not Renewed

I am reaching out regarding an alarming issue with my website’s domain renewal. For the past five years, I have maintained a premium hosting plan, which included automatic renewal on October 1st each year. On September 1, 2024, I received an invoice and was charged accordingly for this renewal, including the associated domain name.
However, I discovered yesterday that my website is no longer accessible, and the related email account has ceased to function as well. In my efforts to resolve this matter, I have contacted support through the website but have yet to receive a response. Additionally, my emails to WordPress support have gone unanswered.
This situation is quite pressing, and I am eager to find a solution as soon as possible. Could you please advise me on the necessary steps to rectify this issue? I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I don’t see any domain registrations here at WordPress.com associated with the account you’re using now. Can you let us know the domain name so we can check?
