URGENT School Newspaper Site is Down, Server Error

Hi, I run the school newspapers wordpress site (thefanscotian.com) and I’ve been having trouble accessing the site (either through the site URL or through the admin login, thefanscotian.com/wp-admin). My browser is saying it’s a server error. Is there anyway to get my site back up? I was in the middle of downloading a new plugin (WeatherUp, I think), could that have something to do with it?

The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.

The forum at WordPress.ORG is not connected to WordPress.COM so you will need to open an account at .ORG if you do not already have one. You may use the same email at WordPress.ORG as you do at WordPress.COM.

I actually did go to the wordpress.org support forums and they said to come to the wordpress.com support. The link to my wordpress.com site is thefanscotian.com.

You are hosted on Blue Host and there is no Domain Mapping for thefanscotian.com which would be required if you were hosted on WordPress.COM – also no Plugin’s are allowed on WordPress.COM – so if you were in the process of loading a new Plugin you can’t be here
So WordPress.ORG is the proper place to get help
