I emailed billing support on Sept 11 and two ‘happy engineers’ did respond quickly so when Eliot finally traced the problem caused by an old domain mapping, I responded to his reply asking to cancel that domain mapping but when ANOTHER ‘happy engineer’ responded, he said he was cancelling the mapping for the correct site NOT the old site!! Now, my site is not visible because of this mistake!! HELP!!!! don’t your ‘happy engineers’ check on what is discussed from the previous communications???

Can’t someone do something to bring the site back up?? It’s been over 10 hours since I sent my complaint here and by email. I paid on time, I was charged a second time with no explanation and all I wanted was to get credited for the second charge, now the website I update weekly is the one taken down? Can someone pls. map the website to the correct domain, ssaparish.com!

I completely understand how frustrating this is for you. :(
Unfortunately, you caught the staff while there was an annual meetup going on and regular support service is set to resume again tomorrow, September 19th.Just to double check, is the website you’re referring to “http://ssaparish.wordpress.com/”? I am able to see this website just fine, so I just wanted to make sure. :)

I was charged twice within a few weeks for domain mapping. One of your “happy engineers” cancelled the wrong domain mapping without checking which of the two nor did he check previous discussions on my initial complaint by email so now the website you are referring to is no longer seen on the domain, ssaparish.com, the mapping of which I have been paying on time without fail. I’ve always talked highly of wordpress to everyone who would care to listen and compared it to others that cannot fix problems immediately. This experience is definitely making me wonder how you fix problems of big companies when you have a company outing?
