Urgent help needed!
Our site is down and according to WILD WEST DOMAINS, LLC the site status is “redemption Period”
I have been trying to pay for the domain but I can´t find any invoice to pay?
On the wordpress.com “purcase section” there is no option to pay for my domain. (even though I can see the billing history from previous years).PLEASE advise me on what to do – and HOW to do it in order to get the site up again a.s.a.p.

Support can you PLEASE Contact me and I will forward billing history RECEIPT ID and TRANSACTION ID and tell me where my site is?? URGENT! Can´t pay or reach it. Site is gone

Hi there,
The domain, areledarskapsakademi.com, expired on 25 November as was removed from our system at the end of December. That is why you no longer see it in your account to renew.
As you saw the domain is now in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for us to get it back from them, but they charge a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started for you.

Yes we agree to the fee.
Also answered a mail from support about that and need some help to change mail connected to that account since it is an old one I don´t use.
Thought I succeeded in changing it since I started to get Word Press mails to my new mail but obviously I was wrong.Thank for helping my out and explaining! :)

Thanks for mentioning the email ticket. I’ve replied to you there with the payment link and instructions to update your account email. I’d appreciate if we can keep further communication there to avoid duplication.
