  HI, I am so disappointed. I am contacting you for one month now on a weekly basis, and no one re activates my site. Engineers can not help me which is understandable but such a bad customer service from wordpress as no one comes back to me. If still no return I will escalate this over all social media.   I believe that you’re trying to get delicatevanilla.com, but that expired on June 1, 2017, and went into redemption. The domain was bought by another party on August 20th. I’m not sure when contacts were first made, but it might have been out of WordPress.com’s control to get it back for you by the time you tried to get it back. When a domain expires, there’s always a chance that you won’t be able to get it back.

  Let’s tag this with modlook for staff to follow up, since you’re saying you’re not hearing back from them on this.

  With what site do you need help? Both sites in your account are working fine for me:

  If you’re speaking of a site in a different account, please comment here as that account and give the site’s URL and I can take a look for you.

  If you’re speaking of the domain, delicatevanilla.com, that domain expired on 1 June, and was removed from our system on 13 July after which it was deleted by our registrar and bought by someone else. There is no way to get that domain back, unless you’re able to buy it back directly from the current owner.

  How exactly have you been contacting us? I see you contacted us twice a week ago on 30 August, but I don’t see any emails or chats from you before that in our system. Did you contact us via a different account?

  I send an e-mail to Sumit Sharma on the 5th of August, I can forward you the e-mail if you give me an e-mail adress. as well as the 11th as well as the 21th.

  Great so now the person that bought the site took advantage of this : he asks 500$ to sell it. This is fraud honestly. And I do not understand how you can sell my website without even letting me know.
  How can this be handled ?
