URGENT: Text Box Not Working

    Hello,

    This is an urgent request. We’re unable to review/edit text within the text box in the Post section in our Admin section of WordPress. Also, when trying to add a new post, the text box is not able to be selected. One of our editors is trying to edit a piece and while the word count counts that words have been entered, we’re unable to see anything.

    This happened after WordPress updated to its newest version.

    Please advise.

    Hi Ryan –

    What site are you working on?

    Have you already tried to clear the browser cache + cookies? Try a different web browser too. Let me know if that helps.

    Hi Liz —

    We found out that we had a fault plugin, so we disabled it and we were able to resume editing in the text/content box. I appreciate the follow up and this thread can now be closed.
