URGENT: The WordPress Platform is Not Loading My Sites

    I have several WordPress sites and none of them expire until 2021. Yet, when I pull up my dashboard, it just says “loading” and when I go to “pages” or anywhere else, it says I don’t have any sites. This is a HUGE problem, as one of these sites is for a nonprofit that I urgently need to update some information about. It’s incredibly disheartening that WordPress doesn’t offer any way to contact them about issues, besides these forums.

    The problem isn’t the live websites. The issue is the platform. When I access my WordPress dashboard, it just says “loading” under my websites and then says that I don’t own any. I can’t even load the “Contact WordPress” form. Everything is just hanging indefinitely and not loading. It’s not my computer because it’s working perfectly otherwise. I wish I could upload screenshots of what I’m seeing. It’s incredibly frustrating not being able to update website information, which urgently needs updating.

  • What browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?

    I use Chrome, but it happens regardless of the browser I try. It’s an issue on WordPress’s end. When I go to “Manage Purchases” it says “You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.” This is despite the fact that I own several websites that are paid through 2021. I’ve used WordPress for years, but this issue is literally costing me a sponsor for a reading program the nonprofit I work with supports. It’s infuriating that there’s no real help available when it’s the WordPress platform that’s failing me. There’s literally nothing I can do on my end to fix this.
