  To Whom It May Concern.

  Our company got an website account from you since last year,the website is
  http://www.palladioliving.com.au/, the access address appears to be at http://www.palladioliving.com.au/wp-login.phpbut unfrotunately, we lost the user ID or email address and its password, therefore we can not access the site, however, we need to add some information on the site, we have to login at first, so please send me a user ID and password, or something else which can let me access the site.
