URGENT: unable to log in former blog!

  Hi Team!

  I do not understand why ‘https://nchamblas.wordpress.com/’, that I created years ago, is no longer accessible with my old credentials.

  I’m only able to access the admin panel of a new blog URL which is ‘https://nchamblasblog.wordpress.com’, with different credentials.

  I need to work again on the primary blog because my wife needs to insert new works (she’s an artist and she’s invited at an international art exhibition in Paris ; the event web manager needs a proper and fixed blog URL for publicity print publishing purpose !)

  Hi, @gbmc732,

  It looks like you are logged into a different account. See if you can login to the account nchamblas .

  Otherwise, if you login information isn’t working, try resetting the password:

  For account recovery (should you need it):
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#assisted-account-recovery

  I have sent right now an email with some details to recover my old blog access. I will let you know if this worked :)

  NB : As I did not find this help request, I send a new one today, please do not take it into account.

  I set up a new email for communication purpose : (email visible only to moderators and staff)
