  Hello,
  I am writing to urgently report an unauthorized charge on my account for Jetpack VaultPress Backup.

  • Order Number: 5110664550
  • Amount Charged: USD 120
  • Payment Method: Debit card (now removed)
  • Date of Charge: 31 March 2025

  I did not authorize this purchase, and I was not logged in when it occurred. I have already:

  • Changed my account password
  • Removed my debit card from payment settings
  • Verified that there was no suspicious login activity

  Please investigate this transaction and process a full refund immediately. I would also appreciate it if you could confirm how this purchase was initiated without my direct authorization.

  You can manage your purchases yourself at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Purchases are never unauthorised as you always have to confirm a purchase through an email you receiver in your mailbox.
