URGENT: Unexpected £288 Charge – Immediate Refund Request

    I am contacting you urgently regarding an unexpected charge of £288.00 taken from my bank account on 26 February 2026, listed as:

    Wp*Wordpress – £288.00

    I did not knowingly authorise this payment and was not aware of any renewal or purchase at this amount. This charge has been taken without warning and has left me in financial difficulty.

    Please can you urgently:

    • Confirm exactly what this charge is for 
    • Confirm which account and service it relates to
    • Cancel any associated subscription immediately
    • Process a full refund without delay

    I would appreciate your urgent response today, as this payment was not expected or budgeted for.

    Hi,

    I have been locked out of the business plan for most of the last year – and I have already requested it to be stopped. I have failed to be able to reach anyone to get access to my account. It was associated with an old work email that I no longer have access to. this has been a very frustrating situation for quite some time now.

    can someone urgently help with this and organise for the payment to be reversed in the meantime as it’s left me in financial difficulty.

    I’ve gone ahead and refunded the charge for the transaction ID that you provided. You should see the refund back on your card in 5-10 business days. Additionally, please do not share a transaction ID in a public forum like this as it can be used by third parties to gain unauthorized access to an account.     As for the account itself that owns, we will contact you directly via email with next steps if you wish to recover access to it.
