URGENT Unlock my site links error

  I use a VPN and received this message when trying to log in.

  Your IP address 103.250.214.33 has been flagged for potential security violations. You can unlock your login by sending yourself a special link via email. Learn More.

  I put my email in and then when I clicked on the email ‘Reset’ or ‘Login’ options I got the error below.

  {‘error’:’Bad Request’,’message’:’Invalid input.’}

  Please help ASAP. I am in the process of promoting my website and urgently need this resolved!
