URGENT: USER USING MULTIPLE USERNAMES TO HARASS ME

Look on https://justbunk.net/2014/02/23/ted-nugent-is-a-pedophile-and-draft-dodger-bunk , and you will find a bunch of usernames being used by one user for the sole purpose of harassing me. Can you get his IP banned for life?
