URGENT: Users plataform to upload documents and pay

Hello!
I have this site: traductoreslaplata.org
It has been done with wordpress, elementor and ultimate member.
Now my client is asking me to do a plataform in the members area, where individually each member can:upload a document > have a register of the documents they upload > the admin will have a notification to download that document, edit it and upload it again just for that user to have it
And if they can send a picture to verify they payed or pay directly
Is this possible?I have this video that the client send to me but is in spanish:

Hello there. Looks like that site is hosted at Tucows, you must be using the WordPress.org open source software. You can have advanced help from the WordPress.org forum. Since your site isn’t hosted at WordPress, there’s no much we can do here. At the forum I mentioned, they know more about the WP Software.
