URGENT! Video doesn't show!

  Hi there,

  I have just send out a newsletter to hundreds of customers linking back to a video uploaded to videopress from my site.

  However, many customers tell me they cannot view the video on the page. Apparantly the video is not visible if their Flash-player is not updated to the latest version, and on top of that the video doesn’t not recognize that problem by itself and starts downloading an update. It just shows a blank screen.

  This is a huge problem for me costing me hundreds of dollars a day and providing a really bad service for my customers!

  On top of that the video doesn’t show on iPad, which it should because it is HTML5 based for that platform as I understand it from your website.

  So, right now I have 24 hours to solve this problem or I have to change the platform for the video. In that case I would like my money back.

  However, I hope to find a quick solution and still be able to use videopress, since I like it.

  Please respond ASAP to this problem.

  Unfortunately, there isn’t much you can do regarding the Flash version that your customers have. My suggestion is to urge them to upgrade not only because it will make it easier to see your videos, but it is a very good idea security-wise.

  You will need to enable sharing on your video in order for it to be picked up by iOS devices – see the following link for more information on how to do that:
