Urgent video help

Hi!
I purchased the video upgrade and have added a video to my media library. The video is there in the library, and plays perfectly.
But when I try to paste the short code onto a page I’ve created, it’s not working. Every time I click the play button, it opens up the *image* that has been inserted above the video (?). I can’t figure out why this is happening.
Help would be greatly appreciated!

Looks to me like you left the Image tag unclosed. First, go to your Settings->General and select the tickbox that says “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML” make sure it’s ticked. Save that and then go edit that post. Doesn’t matter what you do, just change a comma to a period or whatever and then hit Update. That should close that tag and prevent this problem from happening in future.

You have enclosed the video in code and bold tags, and made the whole thing link to this image:
