Hi,
Just saw that my wordpress website was not online because my credit card was out of date.
Website : csif-france.com
When I connect to wordpress, my website, theme, content, everything disapeared !!
How can I do ? If I pay now, will I get my website back ??

Unfortunately, this is not my website. I never saw the website you sent me before, just the title is good.
I was using this theme https://leadinjection.io/ and the content disapear also.
Do you have an idea of what’s happening ?

Ah whoops, sorry, yes.
Your domain csif-france.com expired on February 20. We sent several email warnings both before and shortly after it expired.
The good news is that the domain is back on the public market and can now be registered again as a new domain.
To recover that domain, and recover your site as it was, you’ll need to purchase a new Business Plan for the site: https://wordpress.com/plans

It’s reverted to the staging address:
https://csiffrance.wpcomstaging.com/Once you add your business plan and domain to that site again, it will come up with the correct address.

The third-party themes and plugins are only available in plan Business. Since yours has expired, the theme reverted to the default one.
No worries though, once you have re-purchased the plan, you will be able to use the Activity log feature to restore your site back to how it was before the plan expired: -

The content would only be lost if it was added using the plugins that are now deactivated so yes, it should be back after restoring the site to the latest backup.
In fact, I went ahead an added the plan to your account so you can check that and renew directly from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.You will also be able to reach out support team via live chat directly from https://wordpress.com/help/contact for further help with that :)

I understand that you give me 3 days to check but it is possible that youu make the recovery backupu so I can be reassure that my website will be there if I pay ?

We do keep regular backups, so we will be able to restore.
If anything goes wrong with that, very unlikely, we’ll be happy to issue a refund.
