URGENT WEBSITE DOWN -IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE

    Hello,
    I need immediate help, I just noticed our website is completely down and it is labeling the site elopemission.org as ‘deceptive site ahead’ and showing as dangerous. This is a big problem as we have people coming to the site for an event next month. The server we are using is Server Needs, it was due to expire in October but we went ahead and renewed today in case that was the cause of the problem. When I login to wordpress it is showing the website that we created and designed no longer exists as if we were starting completely over with nothing. Please this is urgent we need this restored right away.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Server Needs.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers.
