  My website isn’t allowing customers to scroll on the screen, neither online or on the mobile site

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  These forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com. It appears that you’re using the self-hosted version of WordPress (WordPress.org).
  So you will find help at the WordPress.org forums

  However, if you know how to insert CSS code on your WordPress site you can add the following rule and the scroll will be fixed.

  html, body {
      overflow: auto;
  }
