Urgent: Why my blog is not readable especially for mobile users?

  Dear Sirs,
  My blog’s appearance is inconsistent at didfferent time and browsers atleast since yesterday.

  The complaint from mobile users is the biggest – as they are telling me the blog is broken both ghorizntally and verticall, thus impossible to browse and read.

  The only significant change I made is: removing Author’s widget from the Top Rights side bar and adding a featured image (which is not visible to some visitors for God knows why)

  As I am posting a special collection that I been working on for weeks, I beg for your prompt help. Especially mobile visitors make up 25% of my readers.

  I was under the impression that purchasing upgrade enables contacting staff.
  Looks like WP changed its policy one more time.
