Hello, I am a very legitimate nonprofit agency. I am in need of my own domain, but I want the site to be in blog format only basically – not content of a more ‘regular’ website. Is it possible that Word Press Executive Offices would consider such a donation with formal documentation? I am attaching my IRS papers herein. Or, I need to know what you could offer a very financially troubled nonprofit at this time. Please email me direct at your earliest convenience, (email visible only to moderators and staff). Like @timethief replied to you on previous forum threads, you can have your WordPress.com site for free and it can have a blog format, instead of a website format. Also, if you want to use your domain, you can map it for U$13 a year. Let us know on this forum thread if there is anything else we can help.

Unfortunately, this is a school project, and I have to have my own private domain, not a domain with “word press” in it. It has to be an address like, http://www.eriksdomain.com – unfortunately. How much do you charge for buying a custom domain name through you, or who should I purchase the domain through? I guess that I could price check around, then map the website to you? Having said this, what are your comments. Very strange, but I didn’t get any other response/post on my original post, just yours………….
