URGENT! WordPress update 5.8.1 failed

  I was trying to update my website to 5.8.1 and it says the following –
  ‘Downloading update from https://downloads.wordpress.org/release/wordpress-5.8.1-partial-0.zip…
  The authenticity of wordpress-5.8.1-partial-0.zip could not be verified as no signature was found.
  Unpacking the update…
  Could not create directory.
  Installation failed.’

  Please help me with this. I am unable to upload any new content to my website. I really need help to fix this asap.
