  Hi, this plugin failed and is now not appearing in my plugin list but when I try to re-install I am getting this error;

  Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.

  I obviously can’t FTP into my site and I can’t get a response from WP – this is an urgent matter! Can you guys please go in and delete the plugin so I can re-install it. Why do we not have the capability to rectify issues like this?
