Hi there,
First, if I empty your site it will be permanent with no way of ever getting the existing content back, so I need you to confirm that you’re okay with that.
Then there isn’t a specific default theme, but that varies depending on which options you picked during signup when you first created your site. It looks like when you created your site it was set to the Chateau theme. If that’s the one you want, please change the theme directly from this page:
https://wordpress.com/themes/chateau
I can also set up the site with default content for the theme you want, or I can empty it completely. If you want it set up with default content you’ll need to activate the theme you want first before you confirm. Let me know which of these to options you prefer.

I’ve emptied your site and set it up with the default content for the Dyad theme. You can find instructions how to further customize that theme here:
