URGENT***CANNOT WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR LIVECHAT

    Dear Staff.

    I have a few little issues to fix before I can go live. I pay for live chat and being without till next monday is NOT AN OPTION. I need help now. This site needs to get up and running TODAY and it will only take you ten minutes, if that to get me over this hump. I also want to know the highest complaint level I can take this to, as Live chat has been unavailable for far too long.

    Do not tell me to cancel, I am not starting again, I am losing business as it is. PLEASE get me live chat today. This is disgraceful and you are not providing the service we are paying for.
