    I created a website http://www.evolved-reality.co.uk and I am urgently looking for a backup of the website.

    The laptop where I had saved the XML file as stolen and I have now lost all copies to relaunching my WordPress website.

    Are you able to assist with a back up?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out and I understand your urgency. Upon reviewing your account, I see that you had a monthly Business subscription (now known as Creator) which expired on November 17, 2023. As part of this plan, we automatically generated daily backups of your site. However, once the plan expired, we retain these backups for 30 days.

    Regrettably, as your plan expired in November 2023, we no longer have access to those backups; they were removed from our systems after the 30-day period had elapsed.
