URGENTLY Needing A Real WordPress HUMAN To Reply

Hello,
I created a WordPress site over a decade ago, and I no longer have access to it. I don’t even remember which email address I used at the time. A document I uploaded years ago is still appearing in Google search results, and I urgently need it removed. I’m unable to use the Account Recovery option because all three Proof of Ownership methods require information I can’t provide. Their “live chat” is AI-only, and I haven’t been able to reach an actual person for help.
I’m hoping someone can assist in getting a real WordPress employee to respond, so I can finally recover and delete my account along with any content I previously uploaded. The document contains personal contact information—some outdated, but still sensitive—and I need it taken down as soon as possible.
I’m extremely frustrated at this point and simply want someone at WordPress to be accessible and provide real support.
