Urgent:Want to configure e-mail bought from other organisation using domain name

  I have registered my domain with wordpress – http://www.shortrunmacroeconomics.com, but I have bought my e-mail from another company. I am unable to configure my e-mail settings through that company as I first need to create a TXT record for my domain. They have asked me to approach the organisation with which I have registered by domain: http://www.shortrunmacroeconomics.com
  and get the relevant details. So please tell me what to do as I need an e-mail with my domain name very urgently

  I don’t understand these things, so please give me the relevant information and what do I need to do.
