    Hi,

    I had a domain created with Wix called http://www.whatsonmylist.net

    I want to change everything I was doing in Wix to WordPress and work it with the same name/domain. When I created WordPress for the first time I wanted to write the same name and now it appears as whatsonmylistdotnet.wordpress.com.
    Today, I wanted to transfer my other domain (www.whatsonmylist.net) and I have paid 13€ thinking that this was enough, but I might haven’t done it well.
    Please, could you help me? I only want to manage my blog http://www.whatsonmylist.com with wordpress, but not sure about the steps I have to follow.

    Here are the instructions to map a domain over to WordPress.com:

    This is what you need to do if you have purchased a domain elsewhere, but wish to use it here.

    The reason you were not able to create that exact domain again is because you already own it and registered it through Go Daddy. There can only be one owner of a specific domain.

    Remember, that you are going to need to renew your domain through
    Go Daddy and also renew the domain mapping through WordPress.com annually.

    Name Server: NS15.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
    Name Server: NS16.DOMAINCONTROL.COM

    Here’s how you can import your blog to WordPress.com:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/
    There is not an importing toll for the Wix platform, so you are going to need to convert it into one of the listed importing tools.
