  Could you please provide a little more detail on what you are trying to accomplish? Are you wanting to create a new site? Do you already have a website that you cannot find the URL for? Are you trying to sign up for a URL that is already taken?

  You cannot get a custom URL for free under wordpress.com. All free packs will contact .wordpress.com suffix.
