  I deleted my blog beause I wanted to start againg how long will it take for my old url to become available again so I can have it back?

  In the directions:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
  It tells you in the first sentence

  Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address

  And there is a big warning again by the button you have to push to delete the site telling you the same thing.
