    Hi, I keep trying to have my new site directed to my go daddy account. I have spent hours on the phone with them to have them tell me this is an issue that is being caused by wordpress. Why can’t I redirect the site I just made with wordpress to go to my main URL? please help

    Just to confirm — do you want to redirect traffic away from alyssaaustincom.wordpress.com, to a site hosted by GoDaddy?

    Or do you want to use the GoDaddy domain for alyssaaustincom.wordpress.com (which will hide the free address containing “.wordpress.com”?

    Once I know for sure, I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.
