  I can’t change the URL of my blog. I have tried to type in a new one under General Settings but it won’t change.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please try following this guide and know that you must be logged in under the exact username account that registered the blog.

  If all your really want to do is chnage the site title then note what follows. Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog then, Site titles (Blog Names) and Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.

  URLs cannot be changed like that. You either need to buy a Custom Domain or you need to go through the whole Move a Blog process as TT has linked to.
