  can you please spell out how to change my url from a wordpress to my domain name http://www.thinkoutloud.com.au . I’m pretty sure I have already paid for a site redirection. I’m lost, please help.

  Site redirect is not good – you want domain mapping – see below – you will also need a zone record – I will flag this for the staff to add the zone record –

  You can request a refund from Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades

  Hi there, @deannebrennan!

  You actually have Domain Mapping, which is a great start. What you need to do is go back to your domain registrar (where you purchased your domain thinkoutloud.com.au) and change your nameservers so that they point towards us.

  The nameservers that you want to put in are:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Once you’ve changed your nameservers, allow between 1 and 48 hours for those changes to propagate out through the Internet and your site should load just fine!
