  Hello. I would like to use a URL that is currently unavailable, but whose ownership will expire soon. I would like to get assistance in locking in that URL for use on WordPress. I would like to get assistance in this matter. Thanks.

  Hi there, we aren’t typically able to manage sales of domains from one individual to another, but I can offer some general information about the expiry process:

  • Domain Expiration

  If the domain expires and either goes through an Expiry Auction (mentioned in the guide linked above) or goes through the full expiration, redemption, and deletion process and is then released once more for registration, then you may have an opportunity to purchase it.

  Another alternative could be to look at using a different extension (such as “.com”, “.net”, or others). There are a range of extensions availble; we have a document which lists the TLDs we offer, and their respective prices for your convenience.
