  Can I change my url to something else?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  An existing blog URL cannot be changed except by buying a domain name and the domain mapping upgrade.

  Domain Mapping

  If you just want to change it from oldblog.wordpress.com to newblog.wordpress.com, simply go to dashboard > my blogs and at the lower right, click the “register another blog” link, create the new blog with the URL you want, and then you will need to transfer all of your stuff from the old blog to the new blog.
