The domain registered at GoDaddy is jeffreyshaw.com and a sub-domain of this domain blog.jeffreyshaw.com is mapped to your WordPress.com blog. Which you’ve purchased the domain mapping upgrade for.
You can see your upgrade listed at https://blogjeffreyshaw.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
If you want to point blog.jeffreyshaw.com to a different host, you can go to the control panel of the registrar where you registered jeffreyshaw.com and then change the CNAME record to point it to a different site.
