If you want to change the .wordpress.com blog address ie. the URL starting with http:// then you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that and the URL you desire must be available. If so, then you can change the URL by using the guide http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

Changing a URL is a permanent and irreversible act. No changed or deleted blog URLs are recycled here, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

when i created the site i typed a wrong key. the blog is 85tolife but it is located at 55tolife.wordpress.com

The authors have deleted this site.Simply stated you can’t register any deleted blog URL because deleting any blog URL is a permanent and irreversible act, just as the multiple warnings required to accomplish site deletion clearly state. Once the verification link for deletion is clicked the blog URL is forever gone, gone, gone. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
