  I want to keep fixed url address for older sites. Page number it is continuously changing when I create a new blog. I want page number should not be changed.

  Hi,

  I’m not sure what exactly do you mean but to modify the permalinks structure, you would need to upgrade your plan to Business. Here you can read more about permalinks on WordPress.com:
