URL available but can't use it

  I want to use a different URL – when I go to (url I want).wordpress.com it says the page is deleted…why can’t I have that URL?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, the name is not available. WordPress.com does not recycle blog names.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  If you need that URL, you can see if it is available as a registered .com, .org, .net or other and map it to your blog as an upgrade:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/

  Or you can use a similar name by adding a number before or after the word/words. Or substitute a letter with a number… Still free hosting without any upgrade.
