  There is a picture that shows up in the url bar how can i change the picture?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you taking about the “W” in the address bar of the browser? That is called a “blavatar” here at wordpress.COM: http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/blavatars/ .
