  Hi, my url isn’t working, the site is down. What is going on? I contacted google, and the issue isn’t on their end. Thanks!

  Looks to me like your site hasn’t been launched yet. You can change that once your site is ready by going to your Dashboard > Settings – then clicking “launch site” from this menu.
