URL Change

Hello, I cannot change the URL of my wordpress even by following the instructions given on the support. I am not given the option to change blog address but only to leave blog. please help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Just to make sure you’re going to the right place, have you gone to this page?

You will see a screen that looks like this:
https://cloudup.com/czFzcHLkYfrYou will have to hover your cursor over your site’s address to reveal the Change Blog Address link.
Click that and then follow the instructions on the page.

I own two blogs – I can only have the option of changing the address of one of them. For the other, I only have the option of leaving blog. Thanks for your help – it is quite frustrating.

Hi @figmentofthought, actually this account only owns one of those sites. Go to this url: https://wordpress.com/people/team/papertongues.wordpress.com
You’ll see the other user there. That’s the owner.
If you can log in as that account, you can change the URL. Just bear in mind the old URL will be permanently deactivated unless you choose to keep it.
