URL change

Hello WordPress,
I have a blog with a username (paginasencantadas.wordpress.com) that I would like to use for my blog with the name vanessasbookshelf. Is it possible? I’ve tried to search for a way to do it, but I could only find ways to transfer blogs, and I just want to reuse a name.

Surely you can do so by having a new name to your existing blog, here is a support document to help you better Change Blog Address
This will make you loose your older URL, or the other option would be to start a new site and just move the Content, read more here Move content within BlogsHope this helps, let us know for any further questions..!

https://vanessasbookshelf.wordpress.com/ already exists, so you won’t be able to change your site address to that. The only way to change your blog to that address would be to export all your content from one site and import it to the other.
If you also want to move your followers and stats over once you’ve done that, let me know, but be aware that Likes cannot be moved.

Thanks for letting me know. Do you also have stats and/or followers you want to move? We cannot reverse that once we do it, so I’ll need you to please confirm if I should.
