  Our URL was inadvertently changed on a website that we manage for a client. We do not currently have access to hosting (it was setup by a previous company) and we need to get our website back up ASAP.

  We can only help with sites running on the wordpress.com platform. To point you in the right direction, we need to know the URL of your site.

  Hi there,

  Your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another host.

  Changing the domain on a stand-alone WordPress site like yours has to follow a specific process. You can find the documentation for that process here, though many hosting providers have their own process for this via their hosting control panel.
