URL Change instead of IP Address

    Hi there,
    I was trying to change our site URL to show ourworldpath instead of the IP address and I went into change the url in settings but I must have done something wrong so when I saved the new IP address a 403 Forbidden page came up instead now I cannot get back into customise.. can someone please help? Have I broken the site or something? I removed the IP address completely and put ‘ourworldpath’ there instead, was I supposed to keep the IP address as well?

    Whoops I meant to say, “when I saved the new URL address a 403 Forbidden..”

    Bear in mind, WordPress.org installations are a do-it-yourself endeavor, but if you’ll search the forums there for the trouble you’re having, you can likely find a solution, and if not you can ask the community for help. In your case, I’d also consider asking your host to just restore a backup for you if they have one that is recent enough.
