url changed after editing post

    I edited a post today that I originally wrote yesterday. Unfortunately, this changed the URL. I have already promoted the blog post on social media. What do I need to do to make sure when people click the link, they don’t get an error page? Please help.

    Hey there,

    So, if you go to the post editor and look just under the Title you will see your permalink and a button that says edit. The edit will let you alter a part of the address. If the issue is the date. Then if you look to the right hand side of the screen under the publish box there is a Published on field that you can change to the date you need.

    That should get you to the address you had.
